Description
- Management of stock levels in all trade stock locations
- Manage and own the parameters in SAP that impact the MRP process
- Execute and monitor processing of inbound flows: shipment notifications, inbound transactions, management of inbound discrepancies, link with accounting
- Maximize product availability by consistent and predictable product flows
- Monitor and make stock transactions to ensure recording of stock matches with physical reality
- Understand the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process of the company, and work with it to plan product range changes (new products, phase out of products) and supply/inventory of product
- Administer planning systems and databases in order to assure accurate data
Profile
- Graduate or university degree
- Inventory planning/management experience is a big plus
- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and English language
- Experience with logistics processes: warehousing, order fulfillment, freight, customs
- Analytical skills with focus on quality
- Self driven, Out of the box thinker.
