Het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten (Bozar) is een toonaangevend cultuurhuis in het hart van Europa. Een multidisciplinair programma van tentoonstellingen, concerten, film, podiumkunsten, literatuur en conferenties koppelt het culturele erfgoed aan creatie, en wereldculturen aan de artistieke actualiteit in ons land. 

Het Team Digital van ons departement Marketing & Communicatie is verantwoordelijk voor het uitrollen van de tools die nodig zijn om de afdeling vlot te laten draaien en voor het ondersteunen van het departement Marketing & Communicatie bij het gebruik ervan (Website, Social Media, Emailing, Data-analyse).

Ben jij een digitale expert met gedegen ervaring in het beheren van digitale projecten? Je hebt al gewerkt met een web-ecosysteem dat bestaat uit verschillende technische platforms die gesynchroniseerd zijn via API's? Ben je geïnteresseerd in leadgeneratie en conversieoptimalisering op e-commercesites? Weet jij hoe je een website kunt omvormen om de gebruikerservaring te optimaliseren? Heb je al scenario's voor e-mailautomatisering ontwikkeld? Dan ben jij misschien wel de ideale kandidaat om het Digital Team van ons Marketing & Communication departement te versterken. Functieomschrijving Als Digital Project Officer speel je een cruciale rol in het succes van de digitale projecten van het team, waarvoor je een combinatie van technische, management- en communicatieve vaardigheden nodig hebt.
  • Je volgt projecten op het snijvlak van Marketing, ICT en Ticketing op en je werkt nauw samen met de betrokken teams (DAM, digitale schermen bij Bozar, Bozar app, e-mail automation, big data, etc.).
  • Je kan een project efficiënt plannen en structureren, duidelijke doelstellingen formuleren en de beschikbare middelen beheren. Je beheert het project binnen de gestelde deadlines en prioriteiten om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd worden opgeleverd. Je houdt de voortgang van het project in het oog, identificeert risico's en brengt waar nodig corrigerende maatregelen aan.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van contentmanagementsystemen (Drupal CMS), relationeel databasebeheer (SQL, MySQL), tools voor webontwikkeling en basistechnologieën (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Je beschikt over kennis van SEO referentietechnieken (Google Tag Manager), webanalysetools en digitale marketingstrategieën (Facebook Pixel, Marketing Automation).
  • Je hebt kennis van de principes van gebruikersgericht ontwerpen (UX/UI) en kan je samenwerken met ontwerpers om intuïtieve interfaces te creëren.
Profiel
  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Informatica en ten minste 5 jaar werkervaring in webprojectmanagement of digitale marketing met een gedegen technologische kennis op de volgende gebieden: CMS, CRM, E-mail Marketing, Data Analist.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met het managen van digitale projecten gericht op digitale marketing en dienstverlening aan het publiek.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en je denkt gestructureerd en pragmatisch.
  • Je weet precies hoe je de functionele en technische aspecten van een digitaal project moet specificeren om het tot een goed einde te brengen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met het aansturen en coördineren van onderaannemers.
  • Je hebt uitstekende redactionele vaardigheden en je bent in staat om zeer technische onderwerpen te verwoorden en uit te leggen in begrijpbare taal.
  • Je bent een early adopter, houdt van innovatie en volgt web-/sociale netwerk- en emailtechnieken voor groeimarketing op de voet. Je zoekt naar nieuwe ideeën en creatieve oplossingen om processen en resultaten te verbeteren.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die graag kennis deelt met collega's
  • Je houdt van verandering en je helpt graag een team door een veranderingsproces te begeleiden.
  • Je bent zeer gemotiveerd, hands-on en vastbesloten om de digitale publieksgroei van Bozar te maximaliseren door de beste digitale ervaring te bieden.
  • Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en hebt minstens een passieve kennis van het Frans.
  • Je weet hoe je de Bozar teams en onderaannemers te motiveren en inspireren om de doelstellingen van het project te bereiken.
  • Je kan ideeën en instructies helder en beknopt over te brengen aan alle belanghebbenden, waaronder klanten, ontwikkelaars en designers.
  • Je begrijpt de behoeften en aandachtspunten van belanghebbenden, zodat je het project hierop kunt afstemmen.
  • Je blijft kalm en efficiënt onder druk en je gaat soepel om met het onverwachte: je past je plannen aan als antwoord op nieuwe informatie.
