Lees dan zeker even verder.Voor het Warehouse team van de afdeling Supply Chain bij Sanofi zijn wij op zoek naar een Warehouse Lead.Als Warehouse Lead ben jij de rechterhand van de Supervisor en leid jij de werkzaamheden van een team van +- 12 magazijniers dagdagelijks mee in goede banen.Jij zorgt er dus voor dat de warehouse werkzaamheden volgens de verkregen instructies, gangbare procedures kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. Je zorgt voor een goede planning om de afgesproken producten op te leveren binnen de vooropgestelde timing en kwaliteitseisen.Verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Coördineren en prioriteren van inboundactiviteiten met de Supervisor
  • Verzekeren van een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van inbound activiteiten voor grondstoffen
  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer, zorgtvoor een goede samenwerking en naleving van de veiligheidsrichtlijnen
  • Gebruik maken van lean-tools uit de Sanofi Manufacturing Standaard
  • Zorg dragen voor orde en netheid in magazijn- en administratieve ruimtes
  • Samenwerken met diverse afdelingen (magazijnen, productie, kwaliteit, logistiek)
  • Rapporteren aan de APT supervisor

  • Je hebt werkervaring in een magazijn
  • Je hebt ervaring in een sturende of coördinerende functie
  • Je werkt ordelijk, nauwkeurig en bent veiligheidsbewust
  • Je kan flexibel omgaan met verandering
  • Je bent een teamplayer en goede communicator
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent verbeteringsgericht
  • Een geldig heftruckattest is een pluspunt

Werkschema:Het gaat om een functie in team A, waarbij je werkt in een structuur van 6 weken waarin je dagdienst afwisselt met late shiften en één op de zes weekends werkt. Elke shift duurt in principe 8 uur.Voorbeeld werkrooster:
  • Week 1: ma-vrij dag met glijtijd
  • Week 2: ma-vrij late shift (14u-22u)
  • Week 3: ma-vrij dag met glijtijd
  • Week 4: ma-vrij late shift (14u-22u)
  • Week 5: ma-do dag met glijtijd + zat-zon late shift (14u22u)
  • Week 6: di-vrij dag met glijtijd
