Functieomschrijving Als Assistent Manager Order Processing ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlekkeloos laten verlopen van het orderverwerkingsproces. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte afhandeling van klantorders, bewaakt de orderstatus en communiceert proactief met verschillende afdelingen om te zorgen dat alles tijdig en correct wordt uitgevoerd. Je ondersteunt de Manager Order Processing en neemt waar nodig operationele taken over.
  • Je wordt opgeleid om het takenpakket van het diensthoofd op termijn over te nemen wanneer deze in pensioen gaat
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de het diensthoofd en ondersteunt waar nodig
  • Je helpt mee met de algemene ondersteuning van de Dienst Orderverwerking
  • Je staat mee in voor de administratieve verwerking van de orders in het ERP-systeem
  • Je biedt telefonische assistentie aan ons cliënteel
Profiel Voor de rol van Assistent Manager Order Processing zijn we op zoek naar een proactieve en georganiseerde professional met 0-3 jaar ervaring. De ideale kandidaat heeft een klantgerichte instelling en is in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Een diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Organisatorisch sterk en oog voor detail
  • Ervaring met orderverwerkingssystemen is een pre
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal
