Transportbedrijf voor maritiem en baantransport (voeding) tussen UK en Europese vasteland. Functieomschrijving Als medewerker op de Shipping Logistics afdeling ben je betrokken bij de operationele, commerciële en administratieve taken in een internationale afdeling. Je bent het coördinatiepunt en contactpersoon voor internationale klanten, transporteurs en het magazijn. Deze functie biedt verder een grote verantwoordelijkheid en verscheidenheid aan taken.Hoofdactiviteiten:
  • ontwikkelen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten, internationale collega’s, magazijn, transporteurs en andere derde partijen;
  • dagelijks beheer van industriële trafieken
  • verwerken van klantenorders in relevante systemen en bijwerken volgens de afspraken met de klant
  • organiseren van de magazijn- en transportplanning;
  • oplossen van problemen en order gerelateerde eisen;
  • ervoor zorgen dat de activiteiten van het bedrijf in overeenstemming zijn met de wettelijke vereisten en dat de door ISO en SQAS gespecificeerde normen worden gehandhaafd;
Klantenrelaties:
  • draagt bij aan het verkrijgen van de best mogelijke oplossing voor onze klanten
  • zorgt ervoor dat de klant wordt bediend in lijn met zijn verwachtingen
  • communiceren, instrueren en opvolgen van alle klantorders;
  • monitoren van klantzendingen, zorgen voor tijdige ophaling/levering;
Operationele taken:
  • organiseren van ophalingen en leveringen op een meest efficiënte manier en in overeenstemming met de eisen van de klant:
  • ervoor zorgen dat alle details van klantencriteria worden gecommuniceerd naar alle relevante partijen, follow-up en feedback worden gegeven;
  • contact onderhouden met klanten, transporteurs, magazijn over eventuele late aankomsten/afwijkingen
  • ervoor zorgen dat alle details met betrekking tot magazijnactiviteiten, verzendingen, inkomsten en kosten worden geregistreerd in de juiste planningstools en -systemen.
Profiel In deze functie leggen we vooral de nadruk op klantgerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit. Kan je volgende punten afvinken?
  • Kan je vlot communiceren en beschik je een grote portie probleemoplossend vermogen?
  • Ben je nauwkeurig en een administratieve duizendpoot?
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en georganiseerd?
  • Teamplayer – Je kan goed werken in teamverband;
  • Je hebt ervaring in de Logistiek;
  • Je bent flexibel wat betreft je werkuren;
  • Je werkt vlot met een PC en beschikt over een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket?
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en het Frans?
