- Je neemt alles wat betreft content creatie- en beheer naar investeerders toe in handen: opmaken persberichten, documenten herbekijken, organiseren van events, uitwerken van jaarverslagen en onderhouden van de corporate website.
- Je werkt PowerPoint presentaties inhoudelijk uit, rekening houdend met je doelgroep van investeerders, analysten, senior management en the board of directors.
- Je verdiept je actief in de logistieke vastgoedmarkt (lokaal en internationaal) en houdt zo de investeerders frequent op de hoogte aangaande specifieke thema’s vanuit de business en evoluties in de markt.
- Je bouwt en beheert een efficiënte communicatie database uit en baseert je hiervoor op financiële analyses van real estate data en communicatie, macro-economische input, interne financiële data van WDP, …
- Je bent de key player om alles wat betreft Investor Communication naar een next level te brengen.
- Samen met je twee collega’s, vormen jullie het Investor Relations team, rapporterend aan de CFO.
- Je beschikt over een Master diploma (Handelsingenieur, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfseconomie, …) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige positie. Ervaring met beursgenoteerde bedrijven en kennis van ESG is een uitermate sterke troef.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, getuigt van een sterke financiële interesse en de nodige intellectuele nieuwsgierigheid.
- Je bent een echt talent op vlak van communicatie, zowel geschreven als gesproken in het Nederlands, Engels als Frans. Je bent een expert in het begrijpen en vertalen van complexe (financiële) marktinformatie naar begrijpbare, duidelijke boodschappen en visualisaties in PowerPoint.
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van MS Office en verdiept je graag in de nodige document managementsystemen om zaken efficiënter te maken.
- Je bent een snelle denker, een zelfzekere communicator en een echte problem solver.
- Je grote dosis stressbestendigheid zorgt ervoor dat je vlot weet om te gaan met strikte deadlines. Multi-tasken en prioriteiten stellen maken deel uit van je sterke organisatorische skills.
- Je getuigt van de nodige drive, verantwoordelijkheidszin en autonomie. Je neemt graag initiatief en komt ook autonoom met nieuwe ideeën.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en getuigt van een hands-on, no-nonsense mindset.
