L’équipe Third Party Payments recherche un support officer data entry qui sera le responsable pour l'encodage précis et dans les délais de la facturation du tiers-payant afin de permettre aux administration officers spécialisés tarification tiers-payant de traiter les factures.

  • Vous réceptionnez et contrôlez quotidiennement le courrier entrant au service facturation du tiers-payant
  • Vous préparez la facturation tiers-payant papier pour le digital mailroom (proces scanning light) : trier par type de tiers-payant, mettre les documents dans le bon ordre, ajouter la page de garde et numéroter les documents
  • Vous sauvegardez correctement les documents du tiers payant dans le digital mailroom et vous les intégrez dans les processus correspondants.
  • Vous redirigez le courrier reçu à tort vers le service compétent
  • Vous envoyez des listes de résultats aux institutions qui facturent leurs prestations via CD-ROM
  • Vous collaborez avec vos collègues afin de travailler de la même manière et de pouvoir vous remplacer mutuellement en cas d’absence
  • Vous effectuez un certain nombre de tâches de support nécessaires pour contribuer au bon fonctionnement du service.
 

Profiel kandidaat

 

  • Vous disposez d’un diplôme de niveau secondaire général ou technique de qualification avec orientation administrative (CESS).


Compétences techniques :

  • Connaissance de base de MS Office, principalement avec Outlook et Word.
  • Des notions de base en Néerlandais est un atout.
  • Une première expérience administrative est un atout.

  • Vous êtes une personne optimiste et motivée pour réaliser des tâches administratives.
  • Vous disposez d’un bon esprit d'équipe, tout en étant capable de travailler de façon autonome. Vous établissez facilement des relations avec les autres

  • Vous comprenez le rôle important des règles et des procédures et vous les appliquez correctement.
  • Vous planifiez et organisez votre travail en en vue de respecter les délais et les priorités. Vous adoptez une attitude flexible face aux changements.
  • Vous fournissez un service efficace et professionnel aux clients.
