Ben jij degene die in een organisatie ziet waar de gaten zitten? En die er op die manier blij van wordt om samen met de groep te kunnen pronken met een goed geoliede machine? En niet te benauwd om hands-on te zijn, de daad bij het woord te voegen, en de CEO en CFO bij te staan met een degelijke portie Finance, Admin & HR ondersteuning? Terwijl je er ook van geniet om het welzijn je collega’s te bevorderen met o.a. de organisatie van leuke incentives en wat hulp bij de eens moeilijker momenten. Kortom, een veelzijdige steun met een organisatorisch oog en een warm hart? Dan ben jij onze gouden allround functie die zich durft ontpoppen tot een onmisbare schakel
Functieomschrijving • Het bijstaan van de CFO met dagdagelijkse Finance & Admin taken
• Het steeds verfijnen en verder helpen ontwikkelen en onderhouden van de bedrijfsprocessen
• Helpen bewaken van allerlei prioriteiten en deadlines
• Een helpende hand bieden bij het beheer van het kantoor, events en bestellingen
• Naar wellbeing en balans voor de groep helpen streven.
Profiel • Je hebt gewoon het niveau en genoeg (levens)ervaring om hiervoor te staan
• Je bent goed meertalig, minstens Nederlands en Frans. Bij voorkeur ook Engels. Extra talen zijn een plus maar geen must
• Degelijke beheersing van MS Office, goede kennis van Excel
• Je bent administratief sterk en creatief, gestructureerd, autonoom en proactief.
• Je bent discreet en op niveau met vertrouwelijke gegevens
• Je denkt mee en enthousiasmeert
• Je hecht belang aan je eigen presentatie, en geniet omgekeerd van de stijlvolle omgeving.
