Now, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Officer to join our creative hub.
Here's a glimpse of what your journey with us will entail:
- Financial Administration: Provide support for daily financial tasks, such as invoice processing and accounting activities.
- Project Monitoring: tracking financial flows and optimizing budget in collaboration with teams and project managers, identify risks and offer practical suggestions for enhancement, deliver detailed reports and updates for management.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial strategies and plans, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis and financial analysis, to optimize company performance.
- Reporting and Communication: Become the storyteller of our financial narrative, crafting engaging reports and information.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure, with our accounting partner, ORG’s adherence to financial laws and regulations—including tax and accounting standards.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage the organization's cash flows to ensure financial stability and sustained growth.
- Investments and Financial Decision Making: Provide advice on financial transactions.
**What do we expect from you?**
- Bachelor or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of financial management experience.
- Strategic insight aligning financial objectives with business strategy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with financial software and systems.
- Fluency in Dutch or French (verbal and written) and solid English knowledge.
