For our location in Duisburg we are looking for the nextpossible date:
IT Administrator (m/f/d) full-time Your tasks:- Supervision of the 1st levelsupport / service desk
- Telephone andticket-based acceptance and processing of service requests andfault reports
- Coordinating and ensuringticket processing
- Monitoring compliance withSLAs
- Triggering and monitoring escalations
- Support for the Duisburg, Cologne,Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Wiesbaden locations
- Completed training in IT or several years ofprofessional experience in the field of IT first-level supportdesirable
- However, career changers with ahigh affinity for IT are also welcome
- Knowledge of the common Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft365
- Ability to work in a team and strongcommunication skills
- Customer andservice-oriented thinking
- Enjoy solving ITproblems
- Independent work
- A valid driver's license
