Scenario, gevestigd in Ukkel, is een toonaangevend bedrijf met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring in de elektrische sector. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, installeren en onderhouden van elektrische installaties voor commerciële en industriële klanten. Scenario biedt op maat gemaakte oplossingen in elektriciteit, verlichting, geluidsinstallaties, netwerken, alarmen & branddetectie.
Functieomschrijving Om de groei van de organisatie te ondersteunen, zoeken we een geëngageerde en georganiseerde planner. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bewaken van de planning, het organiseren van keuringen en het ondersteunen van projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en onderhoudt contact met klanten en techniekers. Je rapporteert aan de Operationeel Verantwoordelijke.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
  • Planning: Dagelijks opstellen en bijwerken van de planning, rekening houdend met prioriteiten, beschikbare middelen en input van projectleiders. Je communiceert de planning met techniekers en klanten en organiseert planningsvergaderingen.
  • Projectondersteuning: Opvolgen van kleine interventies en projectdocumenten opstellen, rapporteren aan de klant en technische ondersteuning bieden, opvolgsystemen beheren, verzamelen van de werkbonnen, opstellen van kleine offertes en het organiseren van klantbesprekingen.
  • Keuringen: Organiseren van elektrische keuringen en afspraken met nutsbedrijven zoals Fluvius.
  • Overige taken: onderhoud van voertuigen organiseren, het regelen van benodigdheden zoals hoogtewerkers en materiaalopvolging in samenwerking met de stockverantwoordelijke.

Profiel
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt een opleiding genoten in en/of voldoende affiniteit met elektriciteit.
  • Gestructureerd en georganiseerd werken zijn jouw tweede natuur.
  • Je bent geëngageerd en houdt van een proactieve en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende geschreven en gesproken kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
