Binnen de organisatie zal je taken opnemen inzake: strategische analyse, business controlling en project coördinatie. Functieomschrijving Je rapporteert in deze functie vanuit een staffunctie rechtstreeks aan de CEO van de verzekeringsmaatschappij. Jouw takenpakket omvat het volgende:
  • Je ondersteunt de directie in het onderbouwen of verfijnen van de strategische plannen door middel van onderzoek. Je voert ad-hoc strategische of cijfermatige analyses uit, interpreteert ze en je adviseert de directie op basis van je onderzoek.
  • Je begeleidt de organisatie in de uitvoering en realisatie van de strategische plannen. Je helpt management in het vertalen van de corporate strategie naar het eigen verantwoordelijkheidsdomein.
  • Je werkt corporate KPI’s uit en je monitort de voortgang in de realisatie van de strategische plannen binnen de organisatie op basis van recurrente rapportages en cijfers.
  • Je neemt coördinerende taken van diverse aard op binnen de verzekeringsmaatschappij.
  • Je coördineert de jaarlijkse budget oefeningen en de periodieke management rapporteringen.
  • Afhankelijk van de behoeften binnen de organisatie, zal je mogelijk ook ingeschakeld worden om projecten van strategische aard aan te sturen.
Profiel
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Master diploma, bij voorkleur in een financieel-economische richting.
  • Je kan terugbuigen op een eerdere ervaring van 2 tot 5 jaar. Deze eerdere ervaring kan zeer divers zijn: in de bank- of verzekeringswereld, binnen audit of consultancy, finance, accounting, risk management, product management,… 
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans, aangevuld met een goede kennis van de andere landstaal.
  • Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk. Daarnaast heb je ook zin voor synthese.
  • Je goede communicatieve vaardigheden stellen je in staat om in dialoog te gaan met diverse interne diensten binnen de organisatie. Je bent verder ook in staat om complexe materie op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier toe te lichten aan anderen.
Aanbod Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken: 3 dagen
  • Je gaat aan de slag in een staffunctie die zeer veel leermogelijkheden biedt.
  • Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de CEO, maar werkt ook nauw samen met andere directieleden en diverse interne diensten (business analyse, marketing, finance, risk,…) waardoor je een erg brede blik zal ontwikkelen.
