As Talent Acquisition Officer you'll handle the recruitment from A-Z as the retention strategy.You'll do that by attracting talent, managing processes and supporting onboarding & training.

Our client is a leader in providing legal services. The atmosphere within their office in Diegem is dynamic, but as well very familiar. Their modern looking offices are easily accessible with public transport from Brussels or Leuven, there is as well parking if you'd like to come by car.

Description

As Talent Acquisition Officer you're responsible for :

  • Recruitment from A-Z for the different departments of the company
  • Process and screen incoming candidates.
  • Conduct job interviews and coordinate follow-up with the hiring manager.
  • Participate in recruitment activities such as fairs and events.
  • Prepare and support onboarding.
  • Coordinate training needs and organise training sessions.
  • Build relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies.
  • Support Employer Branding and participate in related projects.
  • Work according to deadlines and internal service level agreements.
  • Actively contribute to projects aimed at improving HR quality and efficiency.

Profile

As Talent Acquisition officer, you :

  • Have a good professional knowledge of French, Dutch & English.
  • Have 0-1 year experience in a similar position.
  • have team spirit and are communicative.
  • Organised, proactive, and efficient.
  • Responsible and confidential.
  • Show initiative and attention to detail.
