Functieomschrijving Smart Technics is het innovatiecentrum van Colruyt Group dat zich richt op robotica-engineering, kunstmatige intelligentie en automatiseringsprojecten. Als Solution Delivery Analyst werk je aan geautomatiseerde winkeloplossingen en zorg je er mee voor dat we Colruyt Group toekomstbestendig houden.
  • Je draagt bij aan productverbetering van onze innovatieve producten en schaalbaarheid door ideeën te suggereren en testen te organiseren.
  • Je werkt samen met de ontwikkelingsteams om ervoor te zorgen dat de livegang van nieuwe producten of versies soepel kan verlopen en beheert software releases. 
  • Je biedt derdelijnsondersteuning en coördineert ondersteuningsactiviteiten.
  • Je lost incidenten op en werkt samen met de Service Delivery Manager aan onderhoud en ondersteuning, inclusief het volgen van SLA’s en leveren van statistieken.
  • Je houdt documentatie en kennisbanken up-to-date, bereidt trainingen voor, en adviseert ontwikkelingsteams over schaalbaarheid en ondersteuning van applicaties.
  • Je ondersteunt de overgang van MVP naar robuuste oplossingen, waarborgt productkwaliteit, en coacht offshore teamleden.
  • Je geeft advies en volgt samen met de ontwikkelingsteams op om ervoor te zorgen dat applicaties op de juiste manier kunnen worden geschaald, gemonitord en ondersteund. Op deze manier help je de tevredenheid van onze partners te waarborgen.
  • Samen met de Service Delivery Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en levensvatbaarheid van de producten.
Je werkt in Halle en kan 2 dagen per week thuiswerken of in één van onze regionale kantoren (Zwijnaarde, Haasrode, …).
De aard van onze projecten kan af en toe een aanwezigheid op locatie vereisen en de bereidheid om buiten standaard kantooruren te werken om succesvolle projectafronding te garanderen, volgens de dynamische aard van onze industrie. Een rijbewijs is vereist. Profiel
  • Kennis en ervaring – Je hebt een achtergrond in informatica, IT en/of engineering. Je bent bekend met ITIL-processen zoals incidentbeheer, probleembeheer, wijzigingsbeheer, kennisbeheer en hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring. Je bent ook bekend met ticketingsystemen en tools voor remote support. Ervaring met soft- en hardwaretesten en onderhoud is een pluspunt.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen – Je ziet een probleem als een uitdaging waarvoor je graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Leiderschap – Je bent een sterke teamspeler en draagt bij aan het algemene succes van het team.
  • Communicatief – Je communiceert helder met collega's, leveranciers en partners. Je bent in staat om technische informatie over te brengen aan niet-technische gebruikers.
  • Flexibiliteit – Je hebt een groot aanpassingsvermogen in je werkbenadering.
  • Talen – Kennis van Engels is een must.
