First Line Support ICT

- Coördinator tussen centrale EDP departement en de eindgebruikers.
- Beheer van het informaticapark (configuration management, inventariseren materiaal, software en licenties, en deze inventaris up-to-date houden, …).
- Doorgeven van bestellingen voor hard- en software aan centrale EDP / aankoop, en opvolgen van deze bestellingen.
- Onderhoud en configuratie PC’s en servers, printers en telecom materiaal; systeemsoftware en applicatiesoftware.
- Integratie hardware in het netwerk.
- Nemen en bijhouden back-ups, of ontwikkeling van eenvoudige back-upprocedures
- (voorstellen tot) Optimalisatie van bestaande informatica infrastructuur
- In geval van problemen waarbij “derden” zijn betrokken verzorgt de support medewerker de coördinatie tussen de gebruikers en deze “derden”.
- Geeft avondondersteuning (stand-by)
- opleiding: Bachelor informatica of gelijkaardig aan ervaring
- Vloeiend zijn in het Nederlands, en een goede kennis Frans en Engels hebben
- Goede kennis van besturingssystemen Linux en Windows is noodzakelijk
- Kennis van desktop-, netwerk- en serverinfrastructuur (Cisco, MS Office, Active Directory, ...)
- Goede kennis van systeem software (Lotus Notes, Tivoli, Citrix,...) is ook belangrijk
- Je bent probleemoplossend
- Ook ben je klantgericht en ben je goed in communiceren.
- Resultaatgericht zijn is ook een belangrijke eigenschap voor deze functie
- Planning en organisatie is ook iets waar je in uitblinkt
