Onze klant is een toonaangevende leverancier van IT-infrastructuurdiensten. Functieomschrijving Voel jij commercieel bloed door je aderen stromen en ben je service-minded? Word dan onze nieuwe commercial officer.Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Je ondersteunt de Account Manager(s) en beheert jouw klanten portfolio voor het hele verkoopproces. Dit gaat van de creatie van offertes, het onderhandelen van prijzen bij de suppliers tot het versnellen van de levering;
  • Je bent, naast de account manager het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail;
  • Je verwerkt alle data in bedrijfseigen tools;
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel intern als extern met de verschillende stakeholders.
Profiel Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die:
  • Graag in contact komt met klanten en partners, zowel per email als telefonisch;
  • Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk zeer communicatief in het Nederlands en Frans is;
  • Een administratieve duizendpoot is met een scherp oog voor details;
  • Zelfstandig is langs de ene kant en een echte teamplayer langs de andere kant;
  • Assertief, gedreven en stressbestendig is;
  • In staat is om procesverbeteringen op te merken, voorstellen te doen ter verbetering en deze te bespreken met je teamleader.
Je beschikt over:
  • 2 tot 5 jaar commerciële (binnendienst) ervaring;
  • Een zeer commerciële ingesteldheid, waarbij je het belang van het bedrijf altijd vooropstelt;
  • Common sense en een growth mindset, waarbij je spreekt over uitdagingen i.p.v. problemen;
  • Een gezonde interesse in IT en de voeling met de digitale wereld;
  • Permanentie telefonie: er zijn flexibele kantooruren die starten tussen 7u en 9u en afsluiten vanaf 16u, maar af en toe hoort daar permanentie voor de telefonie bij tot 18u, volgens beurtenrol.
Aanbod Van € 2.800 tot € 3.100 per maand Aanbod: 
  • De mogelijkheid deel uit te maken van een onderneming met de hands-on mentaliteit waar entrepreneurship centraal staat;
  • Een job waarin autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief nemen belangrijk zijn, en dat in een informele, professionele en aangename sfeer;
  • Een marktconform loon (tussen 2400€ tot 3000€ bruto op basis van ervaring) aangevuld met tal van extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques, groeps-en hospitalisatieverzekering, ecocheques).
  • Wij bieden eveneens de mogelijkheid om 40% van thuis te werken en 60% op kantoor met de aanvulling van een thuiswerkvergoeding.
  • Wat de kantooruren betreft kan je flexibele uren toepassen en starten tussen 7u en 9u en je kan al afsluiten vanaf 16u.
