Elke dag gaan er meer dan 4200 medewerkers geïnspireerd aan de slag, en dit over alle niveaus van onderhoud, administratie, verpleging, ICT, ... tot topchirurgie. Functieomschrijving In deze voltijdse functie binnen het Clinical Trial Center (CTC) zal je de onderzoeksteams ondersteunen bij het opstellen van de budgetten voor hun klinische studies. Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor de commerciële sponsors, en onderhandelt het studiebudget met de firma op een gestandaardiseerde manier en in nauw overleg met de studieteams. Op deze manier zal je bijdragen aan het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit waarmee de studies worden uitgevoerd in het Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel. Hoe maak jij het verschil?
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle interne en externe vragen met betrekking tot budgetten in het kader van klinische studies.
- Voor commerciële studies maak je, op basis van het studieprotocol, een kostenraming op en kijkt na of dit past binnen het budgetvoorstel van de firma. Hiervoor doe je een grondige analyse van het studieprotocol en werk je samen met de studieteams en ondersteunende diensten om een beter inzicht in de studie-activiteiten te verkrijgen. Je toetst de uitgewerkte kostenraming af met de hoofdonderzoeker en voert de onderhandeling van het studiebudget met de commerciële sponsor.
- Je houdt de standaardprijslijst met de vergoedingen in het kader van commercieel klinisch onderzoek in het UZ Brussel up-to-date en zorgt ervoor dat marktconforme prijzen worden gehanteerd.
- Je werkt procedures uit voor een efficiënte budgetonderhandeling en opvolging van de betalingen in het kader van klinisch onderzoek.
- Je houdt een overzicht van de inkomsten uit commerciële studies.
- Je bent Master in de life sciences of in de economische wetenschappen, Master in management en beleid van de gezondheidszorg,…
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de basisprocedures in klinisch onderzoek (rekrutering, informed consent, monitoring, safety reporting…) en van de marktconforme prijzen in het kader van klinisch onderzoek.
- Je kan studieprotocollen gemakkelijk interpreteren.
- Je bent een vlotte, professionele gesprekspartner voor de onderzoekers en hun teams en voor de commerciële sponsors.
- Je bent overtuigend, resultaatgericht en met een uitstekend oog voor detail.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en in staat om een duidelijk overzicht te houden terwijl je werkt aan meerdere projecten.
- Je beschikt over een geldig ICH-GCP certificaat.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office-toepassingen.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Frans is een plus) mondeling en schriftelijk op professioneel niveau.
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur.
