L'**Institut de Duve, **Association Internationale sans But Lucratif, est un institut de recherche biomédicale multidisciplinaire hébergeant plusieurs laboratoires de la faculté de médecine de l'UCLouvain. L’Institut de Duve est situé à Woluwé-St-Lambert sur le site de l’UCLouvain et est accessible en transports en commun.

**Les fonctions du Financial Officer au sein du département comptabilité et achat seront les suivantes**:

- Réalisation d’opérations comptables (financiers, fournisseurs, facturation, clôtures périodiques )
- Préparation des paiements
- Déclaration TVA, IPM
- Gestion et suivi de commandes
- Établissement de budgets, reporting,

Cette liste est non exhaustive et est susceptible d’évoluer en fonction des besoins du service et/ou de l’Institution.

**Vous aurez le profil suivant**:

- Vous serez titulaire d’un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou équivalent avec une expérience en comptabilité
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise parlée et écrite du français et une bonne connaissance de l’anglais
- Vous savez utiliser les programmes de Microsoft Office, et en particulier Excel
- La connaissance d’un logiciel comptable (Popsy, SAP ) est un atout
- Vous avez le sens de l’organisation, vous êtes précis, proactif, flexible et avez le sens du service.
- Vous avez un esprit d’équipe, une bonne capacité d’adaptation et vous êtes capable de gérer les dossiers de manière autonome ou encadrée
