Your Mission: Help us conquer the Spanish market by selling Shyfter’s amazing HR solutions and guiding our new Spanish clients to success You’ll be our go-to person for sales and customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

Tasks

Sales (70%):

  • Prospect Like a Pro: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Spanish market.
  • Pitch Perfect: Present and demo our product with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Quick Thinker: Quickly understand clients’ needs and show them how Shyfter can be their ultimate HR solution.
  • Seal the Deal: Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence.

But also (30%):

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Be proactive in addressing issues before they become problems.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell additional services.
Requirements
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English communication skills.
  • Sales experience with a proven track record in prospecting and closing deals (experience in a startup is a plus).
  • Customer experience skills with a knack for guiding clients and providing support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
