Vos missions

Maîtrise des outils digitaux : Vous avez une aptitude naturelle à prendre rapidement en main de nouveaux outils et à vous adapter à des environnements techniques en perpétuelle évolution. Le digital fait partie intégrante de votre ADN.

Analyse et résolution : Vous vous plongerez dans des problèmes complexes, en cherchant des solutions efficaces et en documentant les cas pour améliorer notre support technique.

Assistance technique : Vous serez le point de contact pour nos clients, répondant à leurs questions techniques par téléphone, email ou chat, tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux.

Relations client : Vous communiquez clairement et établissez des relations solides avec nos clients, garantissant une expérience utilisateur optimale.

Création de comptes : Vous assisterez nos clients dans la création et le paramétrage de leurs comptes pour une utilisation optimale de nos solutions.

Collaboration inter-équipes : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de développement et de gestion de projet pour garantir le succès des implémentations.

Vos compétences

Formation technique : Master en informatique, génie civil, mathématique, physique ou domaine similaire. Votre formation vous a doté de la capacité d'apprendre rapidement des sujets techniques complexes.

Compétences techniques : Connaissances en informatique, expérience en maintenance de systèmes complexes (bases de données, contrôle de processus, outils d'accès à distance comme RDP et FTP), analyse de données avec SQL, base de programmation (scripts, PL/SQL).

Compétences relationnelles : Aisance à communiquer et établir des relations de confiance avec les clients.

Polyglotte : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français, néerlandais et anglais.

Esprit analytique et créatif : Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes de manière méthodique, tout en gérant efficacement plusieurs tâches.
