LVD Group  is een Belgisch  bedrijf dat internationaal actief is in de ontwikkeling , de productie  en de verkoop  van plaatbewerkingsoplossingen  voor de metaalindustrie . Op basis van een goed uitgekiende strategie, innovatieve machines en een sterk wereldwijd netwerk, is LVD met zijn 2000  medewerkers  in 70 jaar tijd uitgegroeid tot een hoogtechnologische  leider  op het gebied van plaatbewerkingsmachines .
De hoofdzetel  in Gullegem  staat in voor R&D, productie en alle centrale diensten. LVD telt productievestigingen op vijf locaties , heeft 25  filialen  en is aanwezig  in 45  landen . In 2021 werd het familiebedrijf, voor de 4de maal op rij, erkend als "Best Managed Company".
In het kader van de groei en professionalisering van de organisatie gaan we samen met LVD op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en gedreven International Finance Project Manager  om het finance team in Gullegem te versterken.
Functieomschrijving Als International Finance Project Manager krijg je de kans om bottom-up de processen te leren kennen  en uiteindelijk te evolueren naar een rol waarin je meewerkt aan optimalisaties . Dit is een rol waarin je meebouwt aan de meest optimale financeprocessen en accountingstructuur . Je takenpakket is drieledig:
  • Om de financiële processen en organisatie volledig te begrijpen en te doorgronden, wordt een grondige inloopperiode van een jaar  voorzien waarin je mee dagelijkse support biedt op vlak van algemene financiële administratie, accounting, master -en cashplanning . Zo slaag je erin om tekorten en verbetermogelijkheden in kaart te brengen én aan te pakken.
  • Je volgt  de 25 filialen financieel op . Je gaat hiervoor ter plaatse, wat +/- 25%  van je tijd  kan innemen (afhankelijk van de noden). Het stroomlijnen van rapportage  en de administratieve organisatie  is hier prioriteit. Je supporteert de lokale teams in hun day-to-day accounting operaties en je werkt mee aan maandelijkse closings.  Je communiceert best practices en volgt op of er efficiënt gewerkt wordt. Je traint de filialen in alle mogelijkheden van het nieuwe ERP-systeem  om zo onder meer een proactieve resultatenconsolidatie neer te leggen en de trends te kunnen opvolgen vanuit het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je krijgt de kans om digitalisatieprojecten  en ander financieel projectwerk te werken. Denk hier bijvoorbeeld aan een IT-matig cloudproject of een ESG project.
Profiel
  • Je hebt een economische achtergrond  (vb. TEW, Handelswetenschappen, …) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Kennis van en affiniteit met boekhouding en financiële rapportages  is cruciaal. Je bent bereid, zeker in een eerste fase, om operationeel mee te draaien op het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je hebt reeds een financieel parcours achter de rug en bent klaar voor een volgende stap mét langetermijnperspectief . Je bent zeer leergierig , absorbeert graag informatie en bent klaar om mee te groeien met LVD, waarbij je je stempel kan drukken en een verschil kan maken.
  • Je bent matuur en bent in staat om mensen aan te sturen, te coördineren en te motiveren. Je hebt geen direct reports, maar treedt wel sturend op.
  • Bij LVD is een hands-on attitude cruciaal . Je bent gedreven , ziet werk en bent gemotiveerd  om meerwaarde te creëren zowel operationeel  als strategisch .
  • Je bent een communicatieve  en benaderbare professional  met sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden . Je houdt ervan om geregeld in het buitenland te zijn.
  • Je combineert een affiniteit voor IT met een scherp inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en slaagt erin om voortdurend bruggen te bouwen tussen technologie en de behoeften van de organisatie.
