A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, US DAWIA Program Management Level II, Managing Successful Programmes , Risk Management Professional, Lean Six-Sigma, etc ;
Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL 4, Agile PM, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), etc .
Experience leading teams of 3-5 personnel ;
Experience in the management of Cyber Security or ICT projects ;
Experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements .

Managing NSIP projects and, in particular, implementing major procurement projects in the area of Cyber Security ;
Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiating corrective actions when necessary ;
Defining, executing, and ensuring the satisfactory completion of projects, including preparing and submitting project proposals and contributing to source selections according to the defined procurement strategy. .
