About the role

Our market is a well-defined list of a few hundred large enterprises, headquartered across Europe and beyond. Every account matters. Contracts are multi-year, with six-figure annual values or more and a global scope, and decisions involve procurement, finance and the C-suite.

As our founding Account Executive, you'll own the full enterprise sales cycle for Predikt: from qualified opportunity to signed contract, selling directly to procurement, finance and commercial leaders at large CPG and Food & Beverage companies. This is a genuine enterprise sale, comparable in complexity to a Salesforce, Oracle or Anaplan deal. It's not a consultancy or services sale. You'll be selling to professional negotiators, so you win on business value, not on discounts.

You'll be the first dedicated sales hire, working shoulder to shoulder with the founders, who lead our enterprise sales today. You won't start from zero: you'll take over a set of live opportunities from the founders and build the sales motion itself as you go: qualification, pricing conversations, negotiation and closing.

What you'll do

  1. Run the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: discovery, demo together with our product and delivery team, business case, negotiation, close.

  2. Turn pilots and first projects into multi-year enterprise contracts, and grow existing customers into new business units, categories and modules.

  3. Build and manage your own pipeline together with the Marketing Manager and Go-to-Market Engineer we're adding to the team: account planning, multi-threading into buying committees and outreach to priority accounts.

  4. Sell into procurement, finance and commercial stakeholders at large, complex enterprise organizations, and navigate their buying process: RFPs, security and IT reviews, legal and vendor onboarding.

  5. Help define and refine the sales playbook as one of the first people building it.

  6. Partner closely with the founders and our product and delivery team on presales, to make sure deals are technically and commercially sound.

  7. Keep forecasting and CRM sharp, so the founders and investors always have a clear view of where deals stand.

  8. Bring customer and market feedback back into product and positioning.

What success looks like

After 90 days:

  1. You own the live opportunities handed over by the founders and have moved them forward.

  2. You have your own account plans for a set of priority accounts, built with Marketing and the Go-to-Market Engineer.

After one year:

  1. Your first multi-year enterprise contracts closed, and a healthy, well-qualified pipeline across our priority accounts.

  2. A forecast the founders and investors can rely on.

  3. A documented, repeatable sales playbook: qualification criteria, pricing and negotiation guidelines, and a clear view of how our buyers buy.

  4. Strong relationships with key stakeholders at our customers and prospects, who see you as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor.

What you bring

  1. A proven track record (typically 6+ years) in enterprise SaaS sales, closing complex, technical deals with six-figure annual values or more at large enterprise organizations.

  2. Real comfort with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, formal procurement processes and RFPs, not transactional or consulta
