Headit in Louvain-la-Neuve seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Officer for a temporary 4/5 position. You’ll manage customer files, handle invoicing and data processing, and maintain customer data across Salesforce and internal systems. The role is 80% with hybrid office/home arrangements.
You’ll work with a Back Office team, ensuring accurate data entry and proactive email communication with customers. French fluency is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
