About Our Client

Job Description
As a Customer Service, your key responsibilities are:
- Processing and managing customer purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer logistics and shipping requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving day-to-day issues.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, products, and services while adhering to company processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Register and track customer issues within Salesforce and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Coordinate closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to resolve order and delivery-related issues efficiently.
- Support knowledge sharing and participate in market-specific training initiatives.
- Contribute to team performance by maintaining a customer-focused mindset, supporting colleagues, and working towards established KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related sales administrative role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with a good command of Portuguese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
