About the Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from market research and prospecting to negotiations, account development, and customer retention. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, positioning UPS as a trusted logistics partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored UPS products and services.
- Selling additional solutions and retaining existing business.
- Supporting the successful onboarding and integration of new customers into UPS operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Analyzing customer volumes and revenue trends, providing valuable business insights and recommendations to the wider organization.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English .
- Strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced business environment.
