Now Hiring: Service Manager & Functional Analyst – Finance & HR Applications
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager & Functional Analyst to join a major public-sector organization in Brussels. The role combines IT Service Management, functional analysis and business process improvement across Finance and HR applications.
- Manage IT services, incidents, service requests and escalations
- Drive Problem Management and root-cause analysis
- Ensure service continuity, quality and user satisfaction
- Manage user access, rights and governance in line with security/GDPR requirements
- Analyze and model business processes using BPMN
- Identify application improvements and functional requirements
- Coordinate vendors, change requests, licensing and service delivery
- Support Finance and HR stakeholders and provide service reporting
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Service Manager / Service Manager
- Strong ITIL / IT Service Management experience (Must have - 5 years)
- Proven Incident & Problem Management experience (Must have - 5 years)
- Strong Business Process Analysis & BPMN skills (Must have - 5 years)
- Understanding of Accounting / Finance processes (Must have - 5 years)
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Iptor accounting applications
- Experience with EasyPay HR/Payroll applications
