HIVE-X in Belgium is seeking a Service Manager for the JustCase program, a central judicial records system transformed into operable IT services. You will oversee the operational management of JustCase services, ensuring quality, continuity and continuous improvement in collaboration with ICT teams and suppliers.
You will set up and manage ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), coordinate the Service Desk (L1/L2/L3), monitor SLAs and KPIs, and produce regular reports.
