Job Description
Hospitality Talents is a leadingrecruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier hospitalityprofessionals with prestigious employers.
What you will do
- Open doors: proactively hunt new MICE business— corporate groups, conferences, incentives and high-end events
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing MICEclients and key accounts, turning one-off bookings into lastingpartnerships
- Create standout proposals, win RFPs andnegotiate contracts that make business sense
- Be the face of the property: trade shows,networking events, site inspections and client entertainment
- Work hand in hand with Groups & Events,Revenue and Marketing to deliver flawlessly, every time
- Keep a sharp eye on market trends and thecompetition to position the property as the MICE reference in Brussels
Requirements
What you bring
- 2–3 years in groups & events coordination(or a similar commercial role) in the hospitality sector, and you areready for the next step
- A network of MICE clients — local and/orinternational — that you can activate from day one
- A true hunter mentality: you love the chase,and you close
- Communication and negotiation skills that makeclients want to say yes
- Fluent English and French; Dutch is a strongplus, any additional language an asset
- Structure, attention to detail and energy tothrive in a fast-paced opening environment
