For the Customer Service Payments role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional who is comfortable navigating the world of payment issues. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the point of contact for our customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs. With your strong aptitude for numbers and excellent communication skills—in both your native and second languages—you’ll build lasting relationships. You’ll take on a variety of tasks and enjoy attractive benefits, including a competitive salary and flexible work options.

Responsibilities

You have a keen understanding of payment-related issues, such as duplicate payments, missing reference numbers, and outstanding invoices;
You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations;
If you cannot assist a customer yourself, you refer them to the appropriate colleague within our organization;
Customer focus and efficiency are hallmarks of your work; you know how to combine business and interpersonal skills with attention to technical details;
Your responsibilities are diverse, challenging, innovative, and, above all, inspiring;
You contribute to the further digitization of our processes and provide support to customers in using our digital applications;
You can expect a varied mix of phone calls, chats, emails, and administrative tasks;
You’ll also use modern and powerful tools to help you with your daily work.

Requirements

Has a strong affinity for numbers, but emphasizes building relationships with people;
Is customer-focused and communicates effortlessly in both the national language and the second national language, both verbally and in writing;
Is known for their high level of precision and enjoys working in an organized and systematic manner;
Is fully proficient in the MS Office suite and has no difficulty working with it;
May not yet have experience in the insurance sector but is willing to learn and develop, provided they are motivated;
Holds a bachelor’s degree or has relevant experience and a healthy dose of enthusiasm to fulfill the role.
