Rhox is seeking a medior incident analyst to investigate transactional processing and message exchange incidents. You’ll use SQL to analyse impact and coordinate recovery with IT providers and energy-market participants.
You’ll analyse incidents across connected systems, document workarounds, and share solutions through knowledge transfer. Fluency in Dutch or French and English (C1) is required, with knowledge of MIG documentation and energy markets a plus.
