About the job

As Bid Manager, you will play a central role in turning major commercial opportunities into winning deals.

You will:

  • Lead 50–60 tenders per year across multiple group entities.
  • Analyse tender requirements and evaluation criteria and turn them into winning commercial propositions.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations and Product.
  • Ensure submissions are compliant, compelling and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with Pricing to build competitive and profitable offers.
  • Support complex private deals where strong bid and commercial management is needed.
  • Analyse wins and losses and continuously improve the organisation’s bid approach.
  • Act as a credible point of contact with clients and contracting authorities during clarifications and negotiations.

About the ideal candidate

  • 5+ years in bid management, ideally with experience in complex public tenders and a good understanding of Belgian procurement processes.
  • Commercially minded and able to connect the dots between customer needs, strategy and a winning proposition.
  • Highly organised and comfortable taking ownership of complex projects involving many stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • A confident communicator who is pragmatic, proactive and results-driven — with the ambition to make every bid count
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
