Klaar voor je volgende avontuur als chef? Voor bistro’s, gastronomische restaurants, brasseries in het Brussel Hoofdstedelijk Gewest zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste chef die het bestaande team komt versterken.
Flying Service & Kitchenstaff is sinds 2004 de allround speler in de wereld van hospitality en events. Dankzij twee decennia aan ervaring groeien we uit tot dé specialist in totaaloplossingen. Met onze zusterbedrijven Djobz, Blackfisk, Mira en Hels zorgen we voor het volledige en op maat gemaakte plaatje. Zaal- of keukenpersoneel? Check Logistieke ondersteuning? Check Consultancy? Check, dubbelcheck Met kantoren in heel Vlaanderen en Brussel zijn we steeds dichtbij.

Je versterkt het bestaande team, draagt bij aan een open communicatie en een aangename werksfeer.
Je bereidt samen met het team de gerechten en treft hiervoor de nodige voorbereidingen
Je verzorgt de voorraad en onderneemt actie bij afwijkingen
Je bewaakt de voedselveiligheid, de hygiëne en algemene veiligheid in de keuken
Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een nette keuken en propere apparatuur
Je werkt volgens de HACCP-voorschriften

Je hebt een passie voor de keuken en streeft naar perfectie
Je hebt relevante werkervaring en/of opleiding
Je hebt een vlotte Nederlandse tong
Je bent stressbestendig en positief ingesteld
Je bent stipt en hebt oog voor detail
Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
