Au sein d’Eiffage Energie Systèmes Belux, plus de 1.100 femmes et hommes accompagnent leurs clients de la conception à la maintenance de leurs installations. Description de la fonction Vous intégrez une équipe de 20 personnes et rapportez en direct au Directeur des Ressources Humaines du Groupe. En tant que HR Project Coordinator, vous êtes responsable de la planification, de l'organisation et de la coordination des projets Soft HR, en alignement avec la politique HR de l’entreprise et les objectifs définis.
Vous soutenez les filiales dans leur déploiement et, pour ce faire, vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes HR, les directions de ces filiales et diverses parties prenantes pour garantir l'adéquation entre les objectifs et les besoins exprimés.
En plus de votre rôle dans les projets, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des filiales, fournissant un soutien opérationnel au management et aux collaborateurs HR.
Vous observez en permanence les développements et tendances les plus récents dans les domaines Soft HR afin d’actualiser vos connaissances et d’assurer votre crédibilité.
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Master / Bachelor en Ressources Humaines.
Vous avez acquis une expérience probante de 5 à 10 ans dans une fonction Soft HR et vous vous sentez très à l’aise avec le management de la performance, la gestion des compétences, l’accompagnement du personnel, la mise en place d’outils, ...
Une expérience en gestion de projets représente un sérieux atout.
Vous êtes passionné(e) par le monde des Ressources Humaines et souhaitez continuer à vous développer dans ce secteur.
Une connaissance en législation sociale est souhaitée.
Vous êtes à l’aise en français et en néerlandais avec une de ces langues maternelle et l’autre bien maitrisée.
Une fonction ambitieuse qui vous permet à la fois de développer vos connaissances et votre expérience Soft HR ainsi que de nouer des contacts réguliers avec des interlocuteurs variés.
