Bridgeneers is een onafhankelijk fullservicebureau in Leuven.
Zo zijn er nog. We overbruggen wat tegenstrijdig of zelfs onmogelijk lijkt, zoals snelle resultaten én duurzame groei, of winst voor aandeelhouders én voor de samenleving. Zo zijn er al een pak minder.
Te mooi om waar te zijn, die bruggen? Dat niet.
Wel te mooi om makkelijk te zijn. Gelukkig hebben we dit al decennia in de vingers.
Bridgeneers is op zoek naar een ervaren Communicatieadviseur of Account Director. Je kent het klappen van de zweep. Je kent er genoeg van om te weten dat de zweep niet werkt. Je krijgt de zaken gedaan met de glimlach, bij klanten en collega’s. Je bent een baken van rust, zelfs in woelig water, en je navigeert projecten en teams elke keer weer naar een knappe oplossing. Het voordeel van ervaring.
Deze job is op jouw lijf geschreven. Want…
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van je klant, en staat hen bij met al hun communicatievragen.
- Je geeft client love een nieuwe betekenis en communiceert met de nodige feeling.
- Niet alleen briefings pen je vlot neer, maar ook dossiers en cases.
- Je steekt je hand in het vuur voor (de projecten van) je klanten. Timings en budgetten bewaak je met je leven.
- Je bent meer strateeg dan project manager. Met plezier duik je mee in een communicatiebriefing, mediastrategie, plan van aanpak en klantenpresentatie.
- Je bent niet vies van een grapje, maar lacht nooit met eindverantwoordelijkheid.
- Je staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Samen met een accountmanager slaag je erin om een team van strategen, vormgevers, copywriters… bij elkaar te krijgen, te enthousiasmeren en aan te moedigen. (Met of zonder pompons.)
Daarbovenop heb je ook nog eens deze skills onder de knie…
- T’es parfaitement bilingue.
- Je kan vlot schrijven.
- Je hebt je diploma hoger onderwijs niet gekocht.
- Op een examen timemanagement haal je met twee vingers in je neus het maximum.
- Je houdt je hoofd erbij. Ook in crisissituaties. Je bent de rust en kalmte zelve. Of straalt dat toch uit. Stalen zenuwen, iemand?
- Maatschappelijk relevant werk. En onze klanten zijn schatten, dat scheelt.
- Wij financieren de afbetaling van je huis, je platencollectie of je golfverslaving.
- We zijn gul met taart. Ook buiten het seizoen.
- Nog meer verwennerij: maaltijdcheques, een hospitalisatieverzekering en een maandelijkse teamlunch zijn standaard.
- Onze dagen beginnen steevast met flauwe koffie en straffe moppen. Of omgekeerd?
- We voorzien in opleidingen, inspiratie- en transpiratiesessies (ja, er is een fitnessruimte).
