Senior Business Manager

Being a Business Manager means that you will act as a trusted key partner to help our business grow while developing and managing your own team of consultants.
Business Development: Developing consulting activities and offerings around Avertim’s key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance.
Team Growth : Recruiting new consultants to expand and strengthen your team.
Team Leadership: Building and developing your own team of high potential consultants (including career and personal development), in close cooperation with Avertim's HR department.
You hold a Master’s Degree in either Business, Business Management or equivalent.
You have a proven experience in Business Management.
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
