•Vous rédigerez différents types de documents, tels que des contrats, des procès-verbaux ou encore des résolutions.
•Vous assurerez la coordination avec les parties tierces, telles que les banques, les notaires ou encore les avocats.
•Vous approuverez les comptes annuels en collaboration avec le département comptable. Profile and Career Path | Corporate Secretary – Finance – Corporate Officer – In house •Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Corporate Officer dans un environnement similaire (fiduciaire, family office, AIFM, asset manager), ce qui vous permettra de vous adapter plus facilement à votre nouvel environnement.
•Afin de communiquer efficacement avec vos interlocuteurs, vous parlez couramment l'anglais et le français .
•Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en AIFs et UCITs , ce qui vous permettra de comprendre vos missions ainsi que le fonctionnement des UCIs.
•Pour travailler efficacement, vous vous considérez comme une personne proactive et organisée . Offer | Corporate Secretary – Finance – Corporate Officer – In house •Vous percevrez un salaire pouvant atteindre 80 000 € bruts par an, ce qui vous permettra de maintenir un rythme de vie confortable.
•Un bonus annuel vous sera versé pour renforcer vos revenus et récompenser votre investissement personnel.
•Pour diminuer vos dépenses journalières, vous bénéficierez de chèques-repas d'une valeur de 15 € chacun.
