Industrial Construction Manager – Process Industry

Voor de positie van Construction Manager zijn wij op zoek naar een strategisch denkende en daadkrachtige leider met uitgebreide ervaring in het aansturen van grootschalige industriële bouwprojecten . In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het succesvol realiseren van flagship projecten, waarbij je niet alleen het bouwproces coördineert maar ook de brug vormt tussen projectmanagement, engineering, uitvoerende teams en leveranciers . Als Construction Manager geef je richting aan complexe operaties en stuur je proactief bij waar nodig om een vlekkeloze uitvoering te garanderen.
Je ontwikkelt en beheert gedetailleerde bouwplanningen en onderhoudt intensief contact met aannemers, leveranciers en interne teams om optimale uitvoering te garanderen.
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk, valideert inspectierapporten en zorgt voor correcte administratieve verwerking van projectdocumentatie.
Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor operationele en strategische vraagstukken op de bouwplaats, en leidt het oplossen van technische en logistieke uitdagingen in nauwe samenwerking met het engineeringsteam.
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma als ingenieur (bio-, chemie-, burgerlijk of industrieel).
Je beschikt reeds over een stevige ervaring met industriële CAPEX-projecten.
Je floreert in een industriële omgeving en bent in staat om complexe vraagstukken analytisch aan te pakken.
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
Je bezit een rijbewijs B.
Mogelijkheid voor freelance samenwerking.
