Introduction Voor een regionale partner in preventie en bescherming op het werk zoeken we een gedreven Business Development Manager . Deze organisatie gelooft sterk in samenwerking en werkt niet voor bedrijven, maar met bedrijven. Door samen aan tafel te zitten en oplossingen op maat uit te werken, dragen ze elke dag bij aan veilige, gezonde en toekomstgerichte werkomgevingen.
Transparantie, toegankelijkheid en korte communicatielijnen staan centraal, net als een oprechte betrokkenheid bij zowel klanten als hun medewerkers. Als Business Development Manager ben je voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het actief uitbouwen van het klantenbestand in de regio Leuven en een straal van ongeveer 30 km (Hasselt, Leuven, Vilvoorde en Mechelen).
Je focust sterk op prospectie en begeleidt het volledige commerciële traject: van eerste contact tot offerte en opstart van de samenwerking. Indien je voorkeur uitgaat naar pure prospectie, kan de verdere accountopvolging worden opgenomen door collega’s.
Actieve prospectie van nieuwe klanten (hunterrol 90–100%)
Zelf inplannen van afspraken, ondersteund door digitale tools en inkomende leads
Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit het openen van deuren en het overtuigen van klanten in een B2B-context.
Bachelor denkniveau
Nederlands: zeer goed
Frans: basiskennis is voldoende
Engels: een pluspunt
