Jouw rol als Business Manager

Je stelt een actieplan op : Je vertaalt de doelstellingen van je team naar concrete KPI’s en acties.
Je versterkt het marktaandeel : Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit en zet Bright Plus lokaal op de kaart via gerichte salesacties.
Je stuurt je team aan : Je organiseert teammeetings, bewaakt de focus en stuurt bij waar nodig.
Je analyseert en rapporteert : Je volgt de cijfers van je kantoor op, stelt budgetten op en deelt je inzichten met je District Manager.
Je coacht en evalueert : Je begeleidt je collega’s in hun groei en motiveert hen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
Jouw profiel
