Sommige rollen zijn strak omlijnd. Deze niet. Voor een industriële omgeving in volle groei ben ik op zoek naar een Project Manager Elektrische Installaties & Instrumentatie (E&I) die mee wil bouwen aan iets dat nog in beweging is. Een rol met vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en veel ruimte om zelf richting te geven. De context Je komt terecht in een internationale industriële dienstverlener met sterke lokale verankering. Vakmanschap staat centraal, net als veiligheid en samenwerking. Binnen E&I ligt de focus op elektrische installaties, instrumentatie, tracing en stoom voor industriële klanten in onder andere petrochemie, energie en productie. Deze rol is nieuw: het E&I-luik wordt verder uitgebouwd en jij speelt daar een sleutelrol in. Wat je zal doen Je neemt end-to-end ownership over E&I-projecten, vaak meerdere tegelijk: Je bouwt relaties uit met klanten en detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten Je analyseert de vraag van de klant en vertaalt die naar een concreet project Je gaat mee in gesprek, licht offertes toe en volgt projecten commercieel op Je organiseert mensen en middelen op de werf Je bewaakt budget, timing en kwaliteit Je stuurt medewerkers coachend aan en lost problemen pragmatisch op Je zorgt dat veiligheid en werkinstructies altijd worden nageleefd Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen, zowel intern als richting klant Je werkt nauw samen met het E&I-team en rapporteert aan het hoofd van de afdeling, die je veel ruimte geeft maar er staat wanneer nodig. Wie goed past in deze rol Je hebt een technische opleiding en affiniteit met E&I / industriële projecten Je hebt ervaring in projectmanagement of komt uit een rol als werf- of site-verantwoordelijke Je kan je plan trekken in Nederlands, Engels en Frans Je bent stressbestendig, analytisch en neemt initiatief Je communiceert vlot en bouwt makkelijk een netwerk uit Je beschikt over een VCA VOL of bent bereid dit snel te behalen Ambitie en drive zijn belangrijker dan een perfect afgelijnd CV Ook jong afgestudeerden met maturiteit en een sterk netwerk komen hier zeker in aanmerking. Wat je mag verwachten Een rol met impact en autonomie Projecten bij grote industriële spelers Een omgeving waar veiligheid, respect en vakmanschap écht tellen Veel ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere uitbouw van E&I Interesse? Misschien herken je jezelf hier meteen. Misschien ook niet helemaal, maar prikkelt de context je wel. In beide gevallen: ik licht het graag persoonlijk toe, helemaal vrijblijvend.
