We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow their presence in the French market. This role involves managing and developing their existing customer base while driving new sales across specified product groups. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic vision and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets. Join their team and contribute to their success by leveraging your expertise in sales and market development in one of their key regions. Drive the growth of sales in the French market by strengthening existing relationships and acquiring new customers.
Support the Accounts department with aged debt and financial control.
Coordinate with internal sales and production teams to address customer needs and manage lead times.
Proven Sales Experience with +/-5 years of demonstrated success in sales in retail, DIY, and distribution in France.
Background in sectors/products related to home improvement, building materials, and interior design ( , tiles and stone products, carpeting, wall coverings, flooring, countertops and surfaces, doors and windows, kitchen and bath, lighting, etc.).
Fluency in French . Professional proficiency in English.
Strong presentation techniques, effective negotiation, and persuasion skills.
An international environment with potential growth.
Ideally a Luxembourgish contract but can also be a French contract.
