Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Project Manager Data & Migration (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Gent .
Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract

Functie
Als Projectmanager Data & Migratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en uitvoering van alle datamigratieactiviteiten het programma. Deze rol is cruciaal voor een succesvolle overgang van legacy-systemen naar het geïntegreerde SAP S/4HANA-landschap, ter ondersteuning van de strategische transformatie.
Je werkt op het kritieke pad van het programma en beheert strikte deadlines, afhankelijkheden en governancevereisten.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Projectplanning & Governance
Definieer scope, doelstellingen, deliverables en tijdlijnen voor alle datamigratie-workstreams.
Ontwikkel en onderhoud gedetailleerde projectplannen, inclusief mijlpalen, resourceplanning en risicobeheersing.
Zorg voor naleving van de governance- en rapportagestandaarden.

Uitvoering van datamigratie
Leid end-to-end migratieactiviteiten over meerdere cycli (planning, extractie, transformatie, laden, validatie).
Coördineer met technische teams over ETL-processen, SAP S/4-uploadmechanismen en datakwaliteitsborging.
Beheer afhankelijkheden tussen functionele en technische streams en zorg voor gereedheid bij elke go-live fase.

Stakeholdermanagement
Fungeer als primair aanspreekpunt voor alle datamigratieonderwerpen.
Faciliteer workshops met business- en technische stakeholders om datascope en vereisten te valideren.
Communiceer voortgang, risico’s en issues naar programmaleiding en betrokken business units.

Risico- & kwaliteitsmanagement
Identificeer en mitigeer risico’s met betrekking tot dataintegriteit, migratietijdlijnen en systeemgereedheid.
Zorg voor robuuste test- en validatieprocessen voor gemigreerde data.
Stimuleer continue verbetering en lessons learned over migratiecycli heen.

Functie-eisen
Aantoonbare ervaring in het managen van datamigratieprojecten binnen grootschalige ERP-implementaties (bij voorkeur SAP S/4HANA).
Sterke kennis van data governance, ETL-tools en migratiemethodologieën.
Uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden, inclusief planning, budgettering en resourcecoördinatie.
Vermogen om cross-functionele teams te leiden en meerdere stakeholders te managen.
Bekendheid met cloudtechnologieën, hybride omgevingen en integratiekaders.
Certificeringen zoals PMP, PRINCE2 of Agile zijn een sterke plus.
