Een Europese kmo, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en marketing van software voor medische beeldvorming, is op zoek naar een Application Support Engineer (m/v) voor het Belgische hoofdkantoor.
Na een grondige inwerkperiode ga je aan de slag bij een klantenportfolio (universitaire ziekenhuizen, klinieken, ziekenhuizen, enz.) in België.
Je bent het technisch aanspreekpunt voor diverse klantlocaties. In samenwerking met de helpdesk bied je klanten ondersteuning ter plaatse bij het oplossen van technische incidenten die een fysieke interventie vereisen.
Je staat centraal in de ondersteuning ter plaatse en staat in nauw contact met de locaties die je beheert.
Je bent een ambassadeur voor het bedrijf en een garantie voor de hoge kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten.
Het opvolgen van verzoeken van klanten, zowel ter plaatse als op afstand
Het installeren en updaten van de software
Het demonstreren van de software tijdens wetenschappelijke bijeenkomsten
Met een Bachelor (hbo-diploma) in computerwetenschappen en netwerken beschik je over sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden die je in staat stellen te floreren in een veeleisende omgeving.
Voor deze functie is reizen binnen België vereist, ongeveer 3 dagen per week; de overige dagen breng je door in de kantoren in Louvain-La-Neuve.
Ervaring in de medische beeldvorming sector (DICOM, HL7) is een pré.
Vloeiend Frans is een vereiste .
