Junior Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager EV Charging – Belgium Location: Hybrid (Brussels, Belgium) Languages: Dutch OR French (bilingual) and English Commission: Uncapped The Role A rapidly growing company in the electric vehicle charging and energy sector is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager or Business Development Manager to support its expansion across Belgium. This role focuses on AC EV charging solutions for domestic and home applications and will be shaped around the experience level of the successful candidate. Junior candidates will receive training and development, while experienced BDMs will take ownership of accounts and market growth. Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities will vary depending on experience) Develop and grow relationships with wholesalers, resellers, and distribution partners Drive sales of domestic EV charging solutions across the Belgian market Support or lead new business development and account management activities Position EV charging as part of a wider smart home and energy ecosystem, including solar and battery storage Provide product support, training, and commercial guidance to partners Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities About You This role is open to both junior and experienced profiles. Experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role (energy, electrical, EV, smart home, or technology sectors preferred) Strong interest in electric vehicles, renewable energy, and smart home technologies Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment Fluent in Dutch, French, and English Based in or near Brussels, with flexibility to travel within Belgium What's On Offer Competitive package dependent on experience Uncapped commission structure Clear development and progression opportunities Opportunity to join a fast-growing EV and clean energy business Collaborative, mission-driven team focused on sustainability and innovation For questions, contact katie.rafferty@everec.co.uk.
