Then we have a spot for you on our team Your responsibilities: Matchmaking: You map out the skills and ambitions of our consultants and match them with challenging projects at our clients. Business development: You open new doors and expand a network of clients. You identify opportunities and turn them into long-term relationships. Account management: You maintain close contact with existing clients, monitor projects, and ensure maximum satisfaction for both clients and consultants. Strategic growth: Together with the management team, you actively contribute to darwind's growth strategy and brainstorm new market approaches and services. Your profile: You have experience in business development or a similar role. You understand the dynamics of project sourcing and IT profiles. You combine commercial drive with a human approach: you truly listen to both clients and consultants. You are result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and solution-focused. Dutch is your native language or you speak it fluently; good knowledge of English and French is a plus. What we offer: An attractive salary package with a bonus system.
