Onboarding Trainer Assistant
Contract: 12 months ( with potential for extension)
Our client is seeking a proactive, communicative Onboarding Trainer Assistant to support the onboarding of their users. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and delivering onboarding training sessions, developing user documentation, and contributing to the successful implementation of our client's communication and onboarding strategy.
Training Preparation & Delivery
Design and deliver engaging onboarding training using PowerPoint and other digital tools.
Facilitate live training sessions, both online and in person.
Content Development & Management
Review and improve training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with our client's standards.
Manage and update onboarding content hosted on SharePoint.
Collaborate with various teams involved in your sector to ensure effective communication and smooth implementation of the onboarding and communication strategy.
Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
Solid technical understanding of IT systems and applications
