We zijn op zoek naar een Transaction Manager voor ons kantoor in Waregem alsook iemand voor ons kantoor in Zaventem .
Je speelt en sleutelrol in het leiden van financiële due diligence-projecten , zowel aan de koop- als verkoopkant , voor zowel corporate als private equity cliënten.
Het uitvoeren en beoordelen van financiële analyses om belangrijke deal drivers, waardebepalingen en risico's in te schatten.
Het vertalen van complexe financiële data in duidelijke, bruikbare rapporten en inzichten.
Samenwerken met andere LDS-teams (fiscaal, transformatie, strategie) om geïntegreerde oplossingen te bieden.
Zorgen dat deadlines, opleveringen en verwachtingen gedurende elke opdracht op één lijn blijven.
Begeleiden van junior teamleden en hen helpen groeien.
Excel & PowerPoint zijn jouw natuurlijke omgeving voor rapportage en analyse.
Je beschikt over solide communicatieve vaardigheden en spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands EN/OF Frans.
Samenwerken met senior en ervaren professionals in kleine teams met veel klantcontact.
