Our SaaS solution Docbyte Vault ensures long-term integrity, authenticity and compliance of critical documents in line with eIDAS, OAIS and ETSI standards.
We are growing fast and are hiring a Product Owner to bring structure, clarity and focus to our product development.
Your Role
As Product Owner you are the bridge between business and engineering.
You turn ideas, customer needs and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable features.
You will:
Own and prioritise the product backlog
Write user stories & acceptance criteria
Prepare and lead sprint planning & refinement
Translate customer and internal needs into functional requirements
Ensure clarity for engineers and smooth delivery
Validate completed features and support QA
Work closely with the CTO, COO, engineering, CS and sales
Help shape the next version of Docbyte Vault
Who You Are
~2–5 years experience as PO, business analyst or similar
~ Strong communicator and structured thinker
~ Comfortable working with technical teams
~ Able to simplify complexity into clear requirements
~ Experience with SaaS is a big plus
~ Affinity with compliance, digital processes or B2B software is a bonus
~ You speak Dutch & English fluently
