Be the Visionary Leader of Our Multi-Concept Venue We’re searching for an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead this multi-concept destination to new heights. With four distinct business units:
restaurant, nightclub, art exposition, and B2B event space, you’ll be the driving force behind operations, strategy, and growth. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, the skills to run a complex venue autonomously, and the vision to build a thriving brand in Brussels, we want to hear from you Profiel kandidaat We’re looking for a visionary leader with the passion and skills to elevate Plein Publiek Brussels. Here’s what you’ll need:
Experience - At least 7+ years of hospitality leadership experience, with a strong focus on restaurant operations. - Proven track record of leading teams, driving growth, and improving profitability across multiple business units. - Knowledge of multi-concept venues, including restaurants, events, and nightlife operations, is a big plus. Skills - Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire and align diverse teams. - Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue growth. - A strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and daily operations. - Proficiency in English and French (Dutch is a strong advantage). Mindset - Ownership and accountability, you treat the venue as if it’s your own business. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-driven approach. - Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
